I am thankful to have started reading and studying the work of Dr. Dyer. As someone who felt they didn't stand a chance in this life, and felt like I had just kept finding ways to fall instead of rise, without meaning to, this kind of book is much needed to take steps and make changes. Though I have been trying these changes for years, there has been much internal damage, as well as external, making me think over and over again... "I can't handle this anymore." Of course, then, life would send me events that made me feel even more of that. And more. Then again. And again. Most of us do have this voice in our heads, but we all have the ability to change that. Thankfully. It isn't just a myth or a fun, hopeful dream. It's real. Anytime I have followed and practiced the methods regularly- it worked. It has to! Just keep practicing, and turn back to these words and other words of his when you feel yourself out of balance and feeling like the worst version of yourself is taking over your life. I think deep down we are all good, it's just a matter of believing that you are. It's taking that one thought, that guilt, that pain, and shifting it immediately into something good... and if it's thinking about others, this world, and the horrible shape that it seems to be in- well, read the book and his other work to learn more. I love that he doesn't deny that there are some sad things going on. He doesn't avoid what happens as much as he just tries to guide us to find a way to work with it all so that we can remain healthy. Thank you Wayne Dyer. Thank you.
Once I focused my time and attention on reading, I chose this book to read. The book helped me to understand how important thoughts are to attracting positive and negative life events. Specifically, how much control I have over my life. I gave this book Five Stars as it held my attention, provided information and was easy to read. I love reading books by Dr. Dyer. I would recommend this book to those searching for more information on how to manifest positives in their lives.
